Responsibilities

• Lead the full onboarding lifecycle from technical discovery through platform go-live.
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Strategy, MOPs, and Engineering teams.
• Configure and QA platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Salesloft, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Identify and resolve onboarding blockers before they impact delivery.
• Improve onboarding SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational processes.
• Mentor onboarding specialists and elevate team execution quality.
• Drive smooth client handoffs and long-term platform adoption.

Compensation

$85,000 – $100,000 base salary + performance‑based bonus opportunities (OTE included)
