Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance or analytics-based role.
• Strong financial analysis, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Independent worker with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear stories with data.

Responsibilities

• Optimize financial performance of the Product Line by understanding contracts and entitlements.
• Own Product Line P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; manage month-end close and forecast process.
• Present strategic recommendations to Operating Leaders to drive cost productivity.
• Conduct variance analyses to compare performance against scenarios.
• Plan, coordinate, and drive closure on ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans that promote safety and wellbeing.
