Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and analyzes inventions to assess commercialization potential.
• Engages with researchers to identify new inventions and opportunities.
• Maintains portfolio data in enterprise databases (e.g., Sophia).
• Develops marketing summaries and identifies potential licensing partners.
• Drafts licensing agreements and negotiates with licensees.
• Coordinates licensing activities with OTT leadership and team.
• Prepares outreach materials to raise IP awareness.
• Reviews publications for undisclosed innovations.
• Supports SOPs for technology transfer operations.
• Identifies diverse funding sources and assists with applications.
