Job summary

Qualifications

• Designing and developing pharmaceutical/biological processes with transfer from research to manufacturing.
• Developing procedures for economical mass production with pilot-plant and production teams.
• Conducting tests and measurements to control process variables.
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems.
• Preparing reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recommending acquisition and use of new equipment and materials when applicable.

• Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing.
• Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments.
• Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables.
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
• Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant's processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials.

Salary Range $35.00-55.00 per hour Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
