Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical and biological processes for mass production. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure regulatory compliance and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing
• Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments
• Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation
• Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant's processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
• If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials

Salary range: $113,300-126,500

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
