Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking to design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical and biological processes in support of mass production. The role collaborates with multiple departments to resolve production issues while staying informed on regulatory requirements and technological advances.

The position features a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation within a salary range of $113,300–$126,500, with final pay determined by experience, education, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing
• Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments
• Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation
• Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant’s processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
• If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
