Job summary

Wicker Hamilton Limited, a fast-growing, fully remote law firm representing venture-backed startups, is hiring a Tech Transactions Associate to advise on commercial technology agreements, privacy and regulated contracting. A core requirement is experience with healthcare contracts as many clients are healthcare startups.

You’ll own negotiations and client relationships, work across a diverse startup portfolio, and help improve how legal services are delivered with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in law, including 3–4 years focused on tech transactions
• Strong experience with SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs and other commercial contracts
• Hands-on privacy work; healthcare, HIPAA and BAA experience is a strong plus
• Confidence advising founders and an interest in AI-enabled legal delivery
• JD from a T14 law school or Big Law background

We’re representing a fast-growing, fully remote law firm that supports venture-backed startups.

It’s hiring a Tech Transactions Associate to advise clients on commercial technology agreements, privacy and regulated contracting. A core requirement of this role is to have experience with healthcare contracts, as many of the firm's clients are healthcare related startups.

You’ll take ownership of negotiations and client relationships, work across a varied startup portfolio, and help improve how legal services are delivered alongside a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll bring:

• 3–6 years’ experience, including at least 3–4 years focused on tech transactions
• Strong experience with SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs and other commercial contracts
