Qualifications

J.D. from a top law school.
Active California Bar membership and good standing.
Prior experience in technology transactions, whether at a law firm or in-house.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate technology-focused commercial agreements, including licensing, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures
Support M&A, financing, and other corporate transactions involving significant technology and IP assets
Conduct technology and IP due diligence and advise on post-closing integration matters
Counsel clients on emerging issues related to AI, data governance, privacy, and intellectual property
Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting technology companies and provide practical business-focused guidance
