Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior associate (4–8 years) to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in any U.S. office. The role focuses on technology transactions in health care and life sciences sectors.

You will draft and negotiate commercial technology agreements, advise on privacy and data security laws, manage transactions with supervision, and provide counsel on health technology and AI matters.

• Experience with AI-enabled products and digital health solutions preferred.
