The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate software, SaaS, data licensing, cloud services, and professional services agreements, and advise on AI health tech matters and data protection provisions.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active Bar admission in the jurisdiction where hired.
• Excellent academic credentials, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
