Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior associate for its Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience handling technology transactions in health care and life sciences.

You will draft and negotiate software, SaaS, data licensing, cloud, and professional services agreements; advise on HIPAA and health privacy laws; and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex health tech deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology transactions focused on health care and life sciences.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state health and consumer privacy laws.
• Experience with health technology and artificial intelligence matters preferred.
