Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior associate (4–8 years) to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Detroit, MI. Focus on health care tech agreements, data privacy, and complex collaboration deals.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating software/SaaS contracts, data use agreements, and cloud service agreements, with opportunities to lead matters and mentor junior attorneys.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; timely admission to the hiring state's bar.
• 4–8 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Experience in health care and life sciences sectors preferred.
• Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health privacy laws.
