Parker Poe is seeking a technology-savvy and service-oriented Technology Trainer to help attorneys and staff maximize the value of the firm's technology tools. In this full-time role, based in multiple Southeast offices, you will deliver onboarding, coaching, and training; support software implementations; and promote AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across the firm.

You will work with IT teams, create learning resources, and travel to Parker Poe offices to advance adoption and drive

Qualifications

Experience delivering technology training in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one settings.
Bachelor's degree in IT, education, communications, or related field.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and Windows 11.
Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools.

Responsabilités

Deliver onboarding programs and coaching to help new hires use the firm's technology.
Lead classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
Create learning resources and support software implementations.
Support technology rollouts across multiple offices.
Collaborate with IT to improve training programs.
