Job summary

Winstead PC is seeking a Training Support Specialist in Dallas to deliver high-quality technology training for staff and attorneys. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions, develop clear training materials, and support firm-wide technology adoption.

You will also create videos and documentation, track training progress in the LMS, and collaborate with attorneys on special projects to drive efficient workflows and timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in training or education, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
• Experience delivering virtual and live training sessions.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to create training docs.
• Comfortable presenting to varied technical skill levels.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for staff and attorneys.
• Facilitate live webinars and workshops on firm technology and workflows.
• Create and maintain training docs, guides, and job aids.
• Develop instructional videos and digital training content.
• Monitor LMS attendance, updates, and reporting; ensure alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys on special technology projects and training needs.
