Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and strategic plans.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports and projections.
• Experience leading initiatives and motivating teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including remote work communication.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic and financial aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process, coordinating with cost center owners and providing roll-ups and reports.
• Report departmental monthly, quarterly and year-end results, budgets and forecasts.
• Support month-end close activities for technology departments in line with the company calendar.
• Monitor expense detail and assist cost centers with month-end closing processes.
• Report and document the technology organization’s monthly expense performance and variances to budget/forecasts.
• Maintain vendor management office processes and monitor vendor SLAs and contract expirations.
