Forge Business Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst to support a critical U.S. government program. The role focuses on TBM framework implementation, ROM cost estimates, and vendor management, to inform acquisitions and pricing decisions.

This position also enhances our cost management platform and contributes to product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will combine IT financial management expertise with government procurement knowledge, and possess strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• MIS, IT, or Computer Science minor or certification strongly preferred.
• Technology degree with significant financial management experience will be considered.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support TBM framework implementation at the customer environment.
• Develop and maintain IT cost taxonomy aligned to TBM standards (IT Tower, Cost Pool, and Service layers).
• Build and maintain cost allocation models for multi-tenant environments including facilities, platform hosting, and application hosting tiers.
• Familiarity with ITFM/TBM tools; reference point (IBM Apptio, ServiceNow ITFM); hands-on tool administration not required.
