Description: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who is customer focused and detail oriented? Heartland AEA is looking for a full-time Technology Support Technician to be the go-to resource for the staff at the Colo-Nesco and Collins-Maxwell school districts supporting software, hardware, and equipment. This would include troubleshooting, maintaining adequate records and documentation, and participating in projects to support the mission of the districts. This position splits time evenly between both districts.
Qualifications: Qualified applicants for this position will need to have their high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of experience in computer technology support. Must be able to obtain A+ certification within one year of employment and have a current valid driver's license.
