Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to students, staff, and administration at the High School and district facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Support Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, and district technology systems.
• Assist with management of network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, printers, and telecommunications systems.
• Deploy, inventory, and maintain student and staff devices.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including account security, multi‑factor authentication, content filtering, and endpoint protection.
• Support instructional technology, classroom technology, interactive displays, and educational software.
• Maintain accurate technology inventory and documentation.
• Provide training and assistance to staff regarding district technology resources.
• Collaborate with the technology team to plan, implement, and support district technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting Windows, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace environments preferred.
• Experience with wireless networking, switching, and network troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience supporting educational technology and student information systems preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• K‑12 educational technology experience preferred.

Rate of Compensation:

• Starting salary based on experience
• Attractive benefit package per the professional non‑teaching settlement conditions
• 220‑Day Contract (month of July is off)
• Start Date: August 1, 2026 or as mutually agreed
