Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support to students, staff, and administration at the High School and district facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Support Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, and district technology systems.
- Assist with management of network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, printers, and telecommunications systems.
- Deploy, inventory, and maintain student and staff devices.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including account security, multi‑factor authentication, content filtering, and endpoint protection.
- Support instructional technology, classroom technology, interactive displays, and educational software.
- Maintain accurate technology inventory and documentation.
- Provide training and assistance to staff regarding district technology resources.
- Collaborate with the technology team to plan, implement, and support district technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting Windows, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace environments preferred.
- Experience with wireless networking, switching, and network troubleshooting preferred.
- Experience supporting educational technology and student information systems preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- K‑12 educational technology experience preferred.
Rate of Compensation:
- Starting salary based on experience
- Attractive benefit package per the professional non‑teaching settlement conditions
- 220‑Day Contract (month of July is off)
- Start Date: August 1, 2026 or as mutually agreed
