Responsibilities

As a JDE Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability.

Your day-to-day activities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Expected to be a subject matter expert, you will manage and guide the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Advanced proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technical is required.

Analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Lead efforts to improve operational processes and implement best practices within the support team.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and communication between business systems.

Support continuous learning by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to strengthen team capabilities.

Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.
