Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

The Technology Support Analyst will provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations for end-users. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer service within the business services industry.

Description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and tools.
  • MUST have worked in a law firm environment.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement system upgrades and updates.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot company devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Document support processes and maintain accurate records of incidents and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding IT security and data protection.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology resources.
