Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Technology Consulting Supervisor to join its Advisory practice in Houston. This role leads Technology Strategy engagements, guides day-to-day delivery, and coordinates research, interviews, and workshops to craft strategic recommendations.

You will direct governance, operating models, and roadmaps with senior client leadership. The position requires strong analytical skills, a background in management consulting or technology consulting, and the ability to travel to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in management/technology consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Technology Strategy and consulting engagements.
• Translate objectives into workplans, requests, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data collection to support recommendations.
• Develop future-state operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and client communications.
