Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Technology Consulting Supervisor to lead day-to-day delivery of technology strategy engagements within our Advisory practice in Austin. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver executive-ready recommendations across governance, operating models, and transformation programs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technology consulting, strong leadership, and a demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of management/technology consulting, business analysis, or related experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Technology Strategy and Consulting engagements, including governance, operating models, and digital transformation.
• Translate objectives into workplans, interviews, schedules, and deliverable outlines.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Document current-state architectures, governance practices, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future-state operating models, roadmaps, and business cases for clients.
• Advise on technology roadmaps, prioritization, and transformation planning.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and client communications.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members; ensure quality and scope compliance.
