Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Strategy to lead TBM programs, drive IT cost transparency, and align technology investments with business priorities. You will partner with IT Finance, FP&A, and FinOps teams to deliver measurable business value and guide cloud financial management initiatives.

You will mentor teams, manage client workshops, and help expand Accenture’s TBM and technology value offerings while collaborating across practice areas to deliver integrated client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Experience in TBM/ITFM/technology value cost take-out or cloud financial management.
• Experience leading or managing large teams with analytical work and workshops.
• Experience writing business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex TBM engagements, ensuring delivery quality and client value.
• Mentor cross-functional consulting teams and develop talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client executives as a trusted advisor.
• Develop technology, financial management strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support sales and business development and contribute to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams across Technology Strategy, Finance, Cloud, and other practices.
