Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology finance or cloud cost advisory roles.
• Hands-on experience designing TBM cost models or cloud allocation and chargeback models.
• Proven ability to build technology investment business cases with client finance.
• Knowledge of FinOps Foundation framework and TBM taxonomy.
• Experience with TBM/FinOps platforms and separating platform deliverables from advisory work.
• Fluency with capital and operating treatment of cloud and software, with finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Design technology cost transparency using TBM taxonomy across GL to apps/services.
• Define cloud cost allocation, showback and chargeback models for client finance and platform teams.
• Design the TBM and FinOps practice, including roles, decision rights, and governance.
• Identify cloud and software spend optimization opportunities across a budget cycle.
• Develop unit-cost metrics and express cloud placement decisions accordingly.
• Incorporate AI model costs into TBM and test token yield for business cases.
• Build budgets and forecasts with client finance and prioritize investments across run/grow/transform.
• Lead a consulting team and collaborate across cloud and operating model domains.
• Benchmark spend against defensible peers and prepare license positions.
• Track benefits realization through financial statements.
