You will craft operating models, shape technology’s role in growth, and validate AI-assisted analyses with domain knowledge. The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, client relationships at the executive level, and development of proprietary assets.

Qualifications

• 1 year strategy consulting experience.
• 5+ years in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value or revenue growth.
• 5+ years writing business cases.
• 2+ years leading small teams and workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, project, and program with mentoring of full teams.
• Build relationships with senior clients, including developing C-suite relationships.
• Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital; advance new opportunities.
• Support Business Development; architect and position proposals and SOWs.
• Facilitate to drive results; manage difficult client conversations and gain consensus.
• Travel as needed.
