Responsibilities

• Define strategies and roadmaps spanning product strategy, AI adoption, data center strategy and implementation, total cost of ownership for AI, and go-to-market planning.
• Shape the strategic choices defining the next generation of technology companies; where to play, how to win, how AI changes the business, and required capabilities and operating model.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify industry movement, client exposure, and opportunities; translate into a clear point of view.
• Size markets, model financial scenarios, and build business cases to support major client decisions from new product investments to large-scale infrastructure changes.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across the business including AI-related spend, infrastructure utilization, and overhead.
• Build the analytical foundation for client decisions; synthesize market dynamics, competitive signals, financial data, and operational inputs into clear recommendations.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate complex ideas simply and drive executive decisions.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; frame the problem, design the approach, manage the analysis, and deliver client-ready work.
• Own quality across everything the team produces; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness as standard.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals, shape viewpoints on new opportunities, and grow client relationships.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day; manage communication, set expectations, and build trust over time.
• Keep internal delivery on track; coordinate across workstreams and ensure right people focus on right tasks.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback, create ownership opportunities, and invest in growth.
• Travel: Average 40 to 50% (up to 80% as needed).
