Job summary

Corient is seeking a strategic Technology Operations leader to drive the technology roadmap and cross-functional initiatives across the CTO organization. You will partner with leaders to align budgets, governance, and data enablement with business outcomes.

The role emphasizes interfacing with Data, IT, Platform, and PMO teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient post-acquisition integration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience driving technology operations, strategy, and transformation.
• Hands-on experience running complex cross-functional initiatives from end to end.
• Design and implement operational processes, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, able to align diverse teams with business outcomes.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exposure to budgeting or vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: operationalize the technology roadmap and track KPIs.
• Leadership Leverage & Communication: prepare updates for CTO-level forums and maintain accountability.
• Budget & Financial Stewardship: support annual budgeting and surface anomalies.
• Organizational Design & Governance: input for roles, structure, and governance routines.
• Platform & Data Enablement: ensure data-driven experiences and governance alignment.
• M&A Technology Integration: address onboarding playbooks and post-acquisition data needs.
