Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive information and technology experience.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience managing technology staff, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience leading technology operations, cybersecurity, and business applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments and enterprise systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or equipment-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, standards, policies, and procedures that support business goals and security.
• Manage MSP relationships, budgets, contracts, and vendor governance to ensure reliable services.
• Lead planning and delivery of technology projects from needs assessment through go-live and training.
• Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and implement practical solutions that enhance productivity.
