Job summary

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in consulting (digital transformation, IT, or management).
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role engaging mid to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to contribute to shaping and selling transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned to client goals.
- Contribute to solution design under guidance of senior leadership.
- Align digital initiatives with business objectives such as growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into digital solutions.
- Define business cases and KPIs.
- Articulate long-term digital strategy and technology adoption goals.
