This role sits with the Technology CAO and senior leadership, offering exposure to executive priorities and major technology initiatives. You will lead governance, capital planning, and executive sessions, shaping decision-making and accountability across Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology's Monthly Business Review with clear visibility on performance, initiatives, risks, and priorities.
• Evolve the operating cadence strategy for Technology and optimize governance processes.
• Lead annual Technology capital planning and shape investment priorities with Finance.
• Prepare senior leaders for Strategic Investment Committee reviews with concise business cases and updates.
• Design and facilitate technology leadership offsites to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Lead senior technology leadership meetings with focused, actionable discussions.
• Drive efficiency initiatives to improve productivity and reduce complexity.
