Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a strategic technology leader to direct long-term goals across multiple technology functions. You will align with GTS strategies for infrastructure, architecture, applications, and business processes, ensuring cohesive implementation across teams.

You will manage executive relationships, plan year- and multi-year initiatives, and drive strategic technology roadmaps while promoting risk-aware decision making and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and guide areas within broad function or in line of business across technology functions.
• Set the direction for strategic business and technology challenges.
• Be recognized as a strategic resource within the company for complex problem solving for business, and technology issues, and direction setting.
