Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a strategic technology leader to direct Salesforce and related platform initiatives across the enterprise. You will shape governance, architecture, and multi-org strategies while guiding AI-driven CRM and integration programs.

The role requires senior-level collaboration with executive stakeholders, a focus on risk, and a track record of delivering complex transformations in healthcare/vision care ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and cloud products.
• Experience defining platform strategy, governance, and COE models.
• Strong architecture, lifecycle management, and release skills.
• Experience managing complex multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Deep knowledge of MuleSoft and API-led integration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across technology functions and programs.
• Align strategy with GTS and enterprise roadmaps and goals.
• Manage relationships with peers, executives, and teams.
• Develop detailed functional and technology plans and budgets.
• Lead risk management and performance reviews for staff.
• Drive industry best practices and transformation initiatives.
