Oncor Electric Delivery seeks a Technology Manager to lead strategic technology programs, budgeting, and delivery across the organization. You will coordinate with directors, manage resources, and guide DevOps and Agile practices to achieve business outcomes.

The role emphasizes change leadership, talent development, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture across multiple technology domains in a hybrid Dallas-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management responsibilities for Level 1
• 5+ years for Level 2, 7+ years for Level 3
• Experience in technology development, solution delivery, or operations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination to enable development and production support
• Manage budgets (CapEx & OpEx) and investment prioritization
• Oversee technology delivery programs and vendor relationships
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and standards
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement within the technology function
• Attract and develop top talent within the team
