Job summary

Referment is hiring a Technology Specialist to deliver high-touch technical support to a senior principal and family office. The role blends end-user support, systems administration, software development and security with exposure to enterprise engineering projects.

You’ll operate across on-site and remote support, research new products, improve technical workflows and protect sensitive systems. Emphasis on discretion and collaboration with demanding users.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or PowerShell.
• Strong Windows and/or UNIX knowledge with systems administration.
• Experience in end-user support and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
• Research, test, install, configure and troubleshoot new products.
• Build workflow applications, monitoring tools and administration automation.
• Apply cybersecurity practices across devices and systems.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Contribute to broader enterprise technology projects.
