Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related professional experience.
Minimum of two (2) years in support of PC workstations, software, and peripherals.
Responsibilities
Configures computers for connection to CLIU #21 Intranet and Internet Networks.
Consults with users to determine necessary hardware and software specifications.
Troubleshoots network, computer, and peripheral problems.
Provides remote and on-site software & hardware support.
