Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years in support of PC workstations, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Configures computers for connection to CLIU #21 Intranet and Internet Networks.
• Consults with users to determine necessary hardware and software specifications.
• Troubleshoots network, computer, and peripheral problems.
• Provides remote and on-site software & hardware support.
