Responsibilities
Works with assigned customers/areas to translate business requirements into application/system solutions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Partner with functional leaders to define business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
- Customize presentations to suit audience needs and communicate technical solutions in business terms.
- Form and maintain productive relationships with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and effective support and service delivery.
- Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
- Create compelling visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) to communicate findings.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex business and technical issues; assess the feasibility and impact of system solutions.
- Design and conduct comprehensive analyses to address first-time or complex project challenges.
- Lead or participate in the design, build, and test phases of projects.
- Produce and manage project artifacts, such as project plans, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Lead design sessions by articulating business problems and proposing logical system solutions.
- Design projects requiring systems integration across multiple technical platforms.
- Participate in defining and documenting technical requirements and architectural designs.
- Mentor team members and act as a resource for architectural systems understanding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level platform issues; recommend improvements to enhance quality and performance.

Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
