Job summary

Flexible IT in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Technology Specialist to support on-premises and cloud systems for diverse clients. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, and communicate clearly to ensure client satisfaction while balancing multiple requests.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in technical support, experience with MSPs, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure plus strong problem-solving and team collaboration will help you succeed in our busy, hands-on

• Experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license required
