Flexible IT in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Technology Specialist to support clients' IT environments, from hardware and software to cloud services, with a focus on reliability and security.

You will configure on-premises and cloud systems, troubleshoot issues, respond to client inquiries with clear solutions, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service that drives client success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT services.
• Experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
