Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in Miami is seeking a Tech Sourcing Consultant for a long-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will own small-dollar renewals (generally under $250K) and manage a high volume of renewals and simple net-new requests.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in technology sourcing, proven SaaS negotiation experience, and the ability to run procurement workstreams independently. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

• Drive vendor engagement: request quotes, negotiate terms, and manage renewal timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across enterprise tech, cybersecurity, HR tech, finance systems, and data/cloud.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and contract flow with legal terms.
• Handle 20–30 renewals/new products concurrently with minimal guidance.
• Build basic cost/ROI analyses and present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Overview:
The Tech Sourcing Consultant will support technology procurement by owning small-dollar renewals (generally under $250K) and handling a high volume of concurrent renewals and simple net-new requests. This role requires strong technology sourcing experience—especially around SaaS agreements—and the ability to run procurement workstreams independently with minimal ramp‑up.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

• Manage technology sourcing engagements primarily focused on renewals (typically ? $250K)
• Drive vendor engagement: request quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and manage renewal timelines
• Partner with internal stakeholders across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, HR technology, finance systems, and data/cloud
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and contract flow while partnering with legal on legal terms
• Manage multiple concurrent priorities (20–30 renewals/new products at once) with minimal guidance
• Build basic cost/ROI analyses and present findings (Excel + PowerPoint)

Top Requirements

• 5–10 years of sourcing/procurement experience with a strong focus on technology categories
• Proven SaaS agreement negotiation experience (commercial terms)
• Strong communication (written/verbal) and organization; ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fastmoving renewals‑heavy environment
