Fabick Cat, an authorized Caterpillar dealer, seeks a technical sales support professional to assist the sales team with pricing, configurations, and expert guidance on Fabick's technology portfolio including SITECH and other advanced systems.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, on-site or remote training, and close collaboration with service teams to ensure seamless integration and customer success across Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Michigan regions.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred in a related field; high school diploma required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with construction technology systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of surveying and site positioning (GPS/total station).
• Familiarity with Trimble software and competitive systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support and pricing guidance.
• Conduct on-site or remote customer training.
• Assist sales team with configurations and product knowledge.
• Support installation processes and calibrations of technology products.
• Coordinate parts orders, inventory, and warranty replacements.
• Document issues and feedback for product improvements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless deployment.
• Travel as needed to support installation and training.
