Job summary
CRH Americas Materials in the Texas Regional Office seeks a Technology Solutions Manager to connect field operations with technology, lead design, delivery, adoption, and support of solutions, analytics, and process improvements that boost performance.
You will oversee business systems, training, and capability development, partner with leaders across functions, and manage budgets, vendors, and portfolio reporting while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in business solutions, operational tech, analytics, or related discipline.
- Experience translating business needs into technology and leading cross-functional delivery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement with leaders.
- Lead solutions from discovery through deployment, adoption, and support.
- Develop dashboards and tools to improve performance and decision-making.
- Oversee system governance, testing, releases, and vendor escalations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets and reporting.
