Job summary

Techtronic Industries, a global leader in power tools and outdoor equipment, seeks an Information Technology: AI & Analytics Manager - Engineering to steer AI-enabled initiatives across North American Outdoor and CPT Engineering. You will partner with Engineering, IT leadership, and stakeholders to boost productivity, testing processes, and knowledge access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, analytics, or related technical discipline.
Experience applying AI, analytics, automation to engineering or technical processes.
Familiarity with Power BI and data platforms like Snowflake.
Ability to partner with engineering stakeholders and translate problems into technical solutions.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI and analytics opportunities aligned to goals.
Manage the Engineering AI and analytics portfolio, including roadmaps and delivery milestones.
Prototype and deploy solutions using AI tools and engineering software.
Apply AI/ML to engineering use cases such as predictive testing and anomaly detection.
Translate business problems into technical requirements and document success criteria.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, cybersecurity, governance, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Track adoption, costs, and realized business value.
Create business cases detailing benefits, costs, risks, and support requirements.
Communicate status to technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop documentation and enablement resources.
Travel up to 10%.
