Job summary

ANSER, an Arlington, VA-based national security analytics firm, seeks a Technology Solutions Engagement Analyst to support the DoW CIO. You will analyze technology and cybersecurity solutions, engage with industry partners, and provide administrative and analytical support for engagement activities.

This full-time, on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong IT background, and experience coordinating engagements with senior government leaders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, project management, business administration, government or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience or 14+ years with a high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in information technology solutions.
• Experience coordinating events and/or meetings.
• Experience supporting GO/FO/SES clients or similar senior leaders.
• Experience developing and coordinating tasks in CATMS or similar task management/planning tools.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of commercial solutions for federal government IT and cybersecurity requirements to the analysis and vetting of industry engagement opportunities.
• Provide administrative, logistical, and analytical support for vetting, prioritization, planning, and execution of industry engagements, including plans of actions, invitations, agendas, talking points, briefings, and information papers.
• Coordinate with internal and external DoW stakeholders on all engagement aspects, including read-ahead development and Pentagon visitor protocols.
• Track and analyze issues and priorities across engagements and coordinate progress with internal and external POCs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoW requirements.
• Track metrics and develop methods for improving industry engagement processes and outcomes.
• Maintain SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
• Provide support to other engagement efforts with academia or international partners as needed.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery.
