Job summary

ANSER in Arlington, VA seeks an IndustryEngagement Analyst to support the DoW CIO. This full-time onsite role partners with industry to vet technology and cybersecurity solutions, and to coordinate engagements and actions from inception to completion.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a relevant degree, and 10+ years of experience (or 14+ with a high school diploma). You will manage planning, meetings, and documentation for engagements with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience coordinating events and meetings.
• Experience supporting senior government leaders or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Apply IT/cybersecurity solution knowledge to vet industry engagement opportunities.
• Support planning, invitations, agendas, talking points, briefings, and action tracking.
• Coordinate with internal/external DoW stakeholders on engagements and meetings.
• Track issues, priorities, and progress across engagements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures per DoW requirements.
• Track metrics and improve engagement processes and outcomes.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and collaboration tools.
• Provide similar support for other engagement efforts as needed.
• Take ownership of tasks to ensure timely delivery.
