Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Technical decision-making: evaluate architecture options, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Engineering team leadership: lead Agile teams, coach engineers, remove blockers, and improve delivery maturity.
• Strategic execution: convert enterprise priorities into actionable technology initiatives and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Operational excellence: focus on reliability, observability, incident prevention, cost management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage healthcare products from design to deployment, and support efforts; build cloud-native apps.
• Oversee delivery with top-down oversight to meet stakeholder goals.
• Lead Scrum Masters/Managers and address project questions or challenges.
• Own the delivery team as supervisor and manage performance.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks to ensure milestones are met and documented.
