Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Solutions to devise and execute IT strategies across departments. The role requires in-office presence in Dallas/Frisco, TX, and may involve collaboration with other Humana business units.

You will lead engineering teams, set strategic technology initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence while managing budgets and cloud-native architectures. The position demands extensive leadership experience, AI/automation familiarity, and a track record

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of technical leadership experience.
2+ years of management experience.
10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts.
Experience with AI technology with AI first mind set and automating solutions.

Responsibilities

Technical decision-making: evaluate architecture options, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Engineering team leadership: lead Agile teams, coach engineers, remove blockers, improve delivery maturity.
Strategic execution: translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Operational excellence: focus on reliability, observability, incident prevention, and cost management.
Responsible for managing Healthcare Products from design to deployment and support efforts.
Should be able to contribute to building and maintaining modern applications with cloud-native architecture.
