Job summary

Heartbeat Health, Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Analyst in the Eastern Time Zone to help operate and improve the technology Heartbeat’s teams use every day.

You will work across employee support, identity and access, device management, SaaS administration, and the enterprise systems that support our business. You'll report directly to the VP of Cybersecurity & Enterprise IT and work closely with colleagues across technology and the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional IT experience in help desk or IT administration.
• Basic familiarity with account provisioning and SaaS configuration.
• Understanding of core IT security concepts and MFA.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing requests.
• Clear communication of technical info to nontechnical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve employee support requests and escalate when needed.
• Manage identity and access including MFA and onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee employee laptop lifecycle and inventory.
• Support cloud-based applications and license management.
• Assist with security awareness initiatives and policy adherence.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate on process improvements.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
• Availability to work 9–5 EST, Monday–Friday.
