Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 18:00 - 02:30

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful execution of organizational initiatives through advanced root cause analysis, reporting, KPIs, SLAs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the delivery of IT services, support, and project deployments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage daily operations including cost control, equipment inventory, system compliance, safety, and security of hardware, software, automation, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical training and development to team members and customers.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust expenses to meet financial and organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers through engagement and collaboration.
• Utilize technology effectively during working hours to support projects and services.
• Perform technical, analytical, or maintenance work as needed, applying knowledge from formal education and on-the-job training.
• Work within standard procedures and scientific methods, using analytical and operational skills to complete assigned tasks.
• Operate with a moderate level of supervision.

• Knowledge of hardware, software, and databases for system integration using remote support tools or onsite visits.
