TennMax is seeking a Regional Manager with electronic component experience in the semi-conductor or electrical mechanical fields. Training will be provided for candidates with an application engineering background.

This role supports our EMI Shielding and Thermal Management business expansion. Responsibilities include managing current accounts, developing new customer relationships, collaborating with the sales network, R&D, and factories to develop solutions and generate sales.

What You'll Do:

• Achieve sales growth by maintaining existing customer relations and acquiring new customers.
• Work with Manufacturers Representatives across the US; travel within the territory.
• Influence product development through team collaboration with management and factories.
• Partner with executive management on growth strategies and planning.
