Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Technology Risk professional to collaborate with CGM technology teams and senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage technology risk within the Operational Risk Management Framework.

You will lead risk incident analysis, drive remediation, and embed a strong risk culture through training and assurance activities, while leveraging Power BI and AI tools to enhance risk insights and support strategic change across the business.

Qualifications

Experience in technology risk, cyber risk, audit, or assurance, ideally within financial services or professional services.
Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, controls, and governance practices.
Experience or interest in data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, or AI tools (e.g., Power BI, coding/scripting).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
